Who actually owns the site?
You do. The build is a one-off you pay for and own outright — the monthly is for hosting and care, and you can take your site elsewhere if you ever want to.
What if I want to cancel the care plan?
No tie-in. The monthly is rolling and you can cancel anytime; we'll help you move hosting if you'd rather self-manage.
How many changes can I ask for?
Your care plan includes a set amount of edit time each month. Anything bigger, we'll quote upfront — no surprise hours.
Do you work outside the East Midlands?
We're rooted in Northampton, Leicestershire and Milton Keynes, but the work is all remote-friendly — distance isn't a problem.
What about the domain?
Already have one? We'll point it at the new site, no charge. Need one? We'll find options and prices and register it for you — it's the one cost we confirm with your quote.
How long does it really take?
Most sites are live within a fortnight of starting; a simple one-pager can go up the same week. Bigger builds with a shop take a little longer.
